Hey there, beautiful mama! Welcome to today’s Called and Curious devotional episode, where we're going to chat about something that I know weighs heavy on many of our hearts: WORRY.

As Christian mamas and women, it can feel like we’re constantly navigating the waves of anxiety and fear. But here’s the good news—WORRY IS A HABIT, and it’s one we can learn to replace with trust and love grounded in God’s truth!

To make it “make sense” I share a story about my daughter where we see first hand that our thoughts are led by either fear or love and what we choose or allow creates how we feel and experience a situation. Did you know that worrying doesn’t actually change our situations? It just changes us; it shifts our thoughts and feelings, which is why it’s so important to practice mind conditioning. By focusing on God’s truth, we can break free from the cycle of worry and find real peace.

Let’s talk about how replacing that fear with the security of God’s love not only brings us comfort but also helps us connect with our true identity and purpose. I encourage you to engage in self-reflection and prayer as we work together to cultivate a deeper relationship with God. Remember, you can get out of a worry habit that’s been patterned in your brain. You have the power to choose and to let God replace your worries with new way of thinking and living—one filled with faith, love, and a whole lot of peace!

So get comfy because we’re having a good old fashioned girl’s devotion group today about overcoming worry and embracing the love that God has for us.
